These terms govern your use of ClashMob, operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY]. By creating an account, joining a match or adding money to your wallet, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

1. Who may use ClashMob

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must be legally permitted to take part in paid online gaming contests where you live. It is your responsibility to check this. We may block access from places where we cannot lawfully operate.
• You must use your own identity and your own payment instruments.
• Our staff and their immediate families may not compete for prizes.

2. Your account

• One account per person. Duplicate or shared accounts may be suspended and their balances frozen.
• Your mobile number is your login. Keep it and your OTP private. We will never ask you for your OTP. You are responsible for anything done through your account.
• Your Free Fire UID and in-game name must be accurate. If the host cannot identify you in the lobby, you may be removed from the match without a refund.
• Tell us immediately at support@mobcraft.in if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. Wallet and money

Your wallet holds money in three separate buckets, and they behave differently:

• Deposited money cannot be withdrawn. It can only be used to enter matches. Only winnings can be paid out. ClashMob is not a payment or money-transfer service.
• Entry fees are taken from your bonus balance first, then deposits, then winnings.
• The wallet is not a bank account and earns no interest.
• We may set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts, and change them with notice in the app.
• Withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid, and may require identity verification. We may refuse or reverse a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, cheating, or a breach of these terms.
• You are responsible for any taxes payable on your winnings. Where the law requires us to withhold tax at source, we will do so and the amount credited to you will be net of it.

4. Joining matches

• Each match shows its entry fee, number of slots, start time, prize breakdown and rules before you join. Read them — joining means you accept them.
• The entry fee is deducted when your slot is confirmed. Slots are allocated in the order payments complete; when a match is full, no further entries are accepted.
• The room ID and password are released in the app shortly before the match starts, and only to players who paid. Do not share them. Sharing room details with anyone outside the match is grounds for disqualification and a ban.
• Be in the room before it starts. If you are late, disconnected, or your device or internet fails, that is not grounds for a refund.
• You are responsible for your own data charges, device and game account.

5. Prizes and results

• The prize pool is the total of entry fees actually paid, less our platform fee. If a match does not fill, the pool is smaller. The app shows the live pool as players join.
• The pool is divided between ranks according to the split shown on the match screen. Some matches also pay a per-kill amount, which comes out of the same pool.
• Results are declared by us after verifying the match. We may ask for screenshots or recordings; failing to provide them on request may cost you your prize.
• Prizes are credited to your wallet as winnings once results are declared. There is no cash alternative outside the wallet withdrawal process.
• If you believe a result is wrong, raise it at support@mobcraft.in within 48 hours of the result being declared. Our decision after reviewing the evidence is final.

6. Fair play

The following will get you disqualified without a refund, and may get you banned and your balance frozen:

• Hacks, mods, scripts, aimbots or any third-party tool that alters gameplay.
• Playing on an emulator in a mobile-only match.
• Teaming with other players in a solo match, or deliberately losing.
• Playing on someone else's account, or letting someone else play on yours.
• Sharing room details outside the match.
• Abusing bugs in the game or in ClashMob, including any error that credits you money you are not entitled to.
• Harassment or abuse of other players or our staff.

Where an error credits you money you were not entitled to, we may reverse it. Where you obtained money by cheating or fraud, we may withhold it and report the matter to the authorities.

7. Cancellation and rescheduling

• We may cancel or reschedule a match — for example if too few players join, if the game's servers are down, or if there is a technical problem on our side.
• If a match is cancelled, every entry fee is returned automatically to the wallet bucket it was paid from. See our Refund Policy.
• If a match is rescheduled, your slot carries over. If the new time does not suit you, contact support before it starts and we will refund your entry fee.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or operated by a minor, or where we are required to by law or by our payment partners. Where we suspend an account we will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

You may close your account at any time by writing to support. Withdraw your winnings first — deposits and bonus credit are not refundable on closure.

9. Our responsibility and its limits

• We will run the Platform with reasonable skill and care, and we will pay prizes that are properly due.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control, including problems with the game itself, your device or your internet connection.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by the game's own servers, matchmaking or anti-cheat systems.
• Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in entry fees in the 30 days before the claim arose.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above will change and, for significant changes, we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use ClashMob after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not affect matches you had already joined before the change.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY], [STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
